The UCR Genomics Building project is a 109,000 square foot, four-story building that was designed to house more than 200 faculty members, graduate students, postdoctoral and staff researchers. The building facilitates research related to the study of genomics and it contains highly technical research laboratories, special instrumentation facilities, insectaries, and growing chambers.
The project adhered to strict budget and deadline restraints without interruption to faculty, students, or support staff at the university.
