Leah Burch brings over twenty-five years of experience in office administration and management. Her background is in preconstruction services, accounting and employee relations. Her responsibilities include the day-to-day operations of the ProWest corporate offices, as well as supervising the office staff, administering company policy and procedures, employee relations, staff training, and human relations functions, payroll processing and benefit managment.


Ms. Burch attended Riverside College. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Employer Advisory Council (EAC); a Notary Public, and she has been a member of the National Notary Association since 2003. She joined the ProWest team in 1998.
