Founded in 1987 along the San Diego coastline by Randy Craig and Earl Rush, ProWest began as a general contractor, specializing in hospital remodels and medical tenant improvements.
Recent Projects Awarded to ProWest:
ProWest has been awarded a Lease-Leaseback Contract with the Beverly Hills Unified School District. The project includes the seismic retrofit and modernization of four buildings at the Beverly Hills High School.
ProWest was awarded another Lease-Leaseback Contract with the Beverly Hills Unified School District. The project includes the seismic retrofit and modernization of the entire campus at the El Rodeo School.
ProWest has started the addition and remodel of the County of Riverside's EDA Public Health Lab. Work is being completed using the CM Multiple Prime Delivery Method.
ProWest was hired to perform both Preconstruction and Construction Services on seven different OSHPD projects at Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara, CA. Work is being completed using the CM Multiple Prime Delivery Method. ProWest has been working at Cottage Hospital for the last eight years.
ProWest was awarded and is currently working on the remodel of the Coachella Senior Center. This is the 2nd project awarded to ProWest by the City of Coachella due to the amazing success of the Coachella Public Library, completed in 2018 using the Design-Build Delivery Method.
